Nikita Anand

I have been holding ceremonial and somatic space for women for over six years and have been walking this path of devotion, transformation and Spirit for over 11 years personally. I trained in womb healing, Kundalini breathwork, somatic touch and feminine embodiment because they found me when I was struggling with binge-eating, body-shame, harsh self-criticism, people pleasing and repeating old patterns I didn't know yet how to change.


I built the Anand Studio because I know that transformation happens by returning to your body again and again.

And the women who devote to this work, in the same container, with the same community change on a cellular level. The ancient wisdom in your body responds to rhythm. It responds to devotion. It responds to listening to your body's wisdom deeper and deeper.


ANAND is Sanskrit and means ultimate bliss, joy and happiness. This is what the studio represents; Returning to the divine nature within us. Remembering that bliss, joy and happiness is what's alive in our cells underneath the layers of doubt, pressure and distractions. We return to your joy again.

I grew up in Zurich with my Indian parents. What I teach comes from my direct ancestral lineage, from the countless ceremonies and teachings I've been a student in, the many trainings I've completed and and my ever growing curiosity to dive in deeper with the Divine.
