These Terms of Service apply to all users of the online media services, content distribution services, membership platform, and community offered through this website, video streaming services, and all associated mobile, desktop, and TV applications (individually and collectively, "the Services"). These Terms govern your use of the Services, including all functionalities, features, streaming services, audio, visual and written media, PDF documents, downloadable content, website links, live sessions, recorded sessions, and user interfaces - and all content and software associated with the Services - as provided by Nikita Anand, trading as Anand Way of Life and Anand Studio, based in Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").
Our Services are offered through and include, without limitation:
Anand Studio (our Uscreen-hosted membership platform)
Any associated apps, video libraries, live session platforms, or digital properties operated by us

The Company shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, add, or remove any terms or conditions of these Terms of Service. Any changes shall be effective immediately following the posting of the updated Terms on this page, with a revised date. You agree to review these Terms periodically. Any subsequent use of the Services following changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of all such changes.
By accessing or using any part of the Services - including browsing our websites, watching any content, registering for an account, or purchasing a membership - you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy at https://anandstudio.uscreen.io/privacy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Please read this section carefully before using any part of the Services.
The Services offered by Anand Studio and / or Anand Way of Life - including somatic healing sessions, womb work, breathwork, ceremonial practices, embodiment practices, and all related content - are intended for general personal wellbeing, self-exploration, and educational purposes only.
Our Services do not constitute medical advice, psychological therapy, psychiatric treatment, or any form of regulated healthcare. Nikita Anand is not a licensed medical doctor, psychotherapist or psychologist. Nothing within the Services should be treated as a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you have a history of trauma, mental health conditions, physical health conditions, pregnancy, or any other medical concern, we strongly recommend consulting a qualified medical or mental health professional before participating in any of our Services. By accessing the Services, you confirm that you take full personal responsibility for your physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing in connection with your participation.
If at any point during a session or practice you feel overwhelmed, unwell, or unsafe, it is your right and responsibility to pause or stop. Participation is always at your own discretion and risk.
Users accessing the Services must be at least 13 years of age. Users registering for an account or purchasing any paid content or membership must be at least 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
The Company makes no representation that the Services may be lawfully accessed from any specific location outside Spain. When you access the Services, you are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
The Services may be used only for lawful purposes relating to video streaming, personal practice, and community engagement as intended. The Company specifically prohibits any use of the Services outside of these designated purposes.
You agree not to:
Violate or attempt to violate the security of the Services, including accessing data or accounts you are not authorised to access
Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network
Interfere with service to any user, host, or network, including through viruses, overloading, flooding, spamming, or crashing
Scrape, harvest, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform
Copy, record, screen-capture, download, distribute or resell any content from within the platform without our express written permission
Promote your own or any third party's products, services, or brands within the community or platform
Forge any packet header or other information in any electronic communication
In the community forum, you agree to treat all participants with kindness and respect. Bullying, harassment, hate speech, degrading comments based on race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity will not be tolerated. Your contributions to the community forum may be visible to other members. By participating, you agree to follow these guidelines and acknowledge that violation may result in suspension or removal of your account.
Violations of system or network security or these conduct standards may result in civil or criminal liability. The Company will investigate and may cooperate with law enforcement in prosecuting such violations.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you provide when registering for or using the Services. You warrant that all such information is current, complete, and accurate, and will be kept up to date. The Company reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether content you submit complies with these Terms and applicable law.

The Company reserves the right to offer Company or third party services and products based on your registered preferences, unless you have opted out.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password, and for all uses of your account whether or not authorised by you. If you wish another person to use your device, log out of your account beforehand. You agree to notify the Company immediately at nikita@anandwayoflife.com of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
The Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. This includes the right to view content on our website and applications.
If you elect to access any component of the Services for which there is a fee, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges on a timely basis. You agree to maintain valid payment information as part of your account where applicable.
Each user is solely responsible for determining whether the Services are suitable for their own purposes.
The Services allow you to access digital content on a subscription basis, rental basis, pay-per-view basis, or as a one-time purchase. The applicable basis and pricing will be clearly indicated on the relevant product or programme page before you complete any purchase.
Subject to your payment of applicable fees, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, non-sublicensable, limited right and licence to view the content under the terms of the payment plan selected. You are not purchasing ownership of any content - only the right to access it under these Terms.
The Company makes no guarantee as to the availability of specific payment plans, streaming resolution, or content quality. Streaming quality may vary based on your connection speed, device, location, and bandwidth.
Anand Studio Monthly Membership
Your Anand Studio membership will auto-renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date and will not be charged for the following month.
Receipts are sent to your registered email after each successful charge. You are responsible for keeping your payment details accurate and up to date.
As a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios).
Exception for digital content and streaming services:
If you have expressly consented, at the point of purchase, to the immediate commencement of the service and have acknowledged that your right of withdrawal will thereby be lost - for example, by accessing recorded content, attending a live session, or activating your library access - your right of withdrawal is extinguished from that point of access.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal:
To withdraw within the cooling-off period and before accessing any content, contact us at nikita@anandwayoflife.com with your name, the date of purchase, and a written statement of your wish to withdraw. We will process any applicable refund within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method as your original transaction.
Outside of the statutory right of withdrawal described in Section 10, our general refund policy is as follows:
Anand Studio monthly membership: No refunds are available.
Anand Studio annual membership: No refunds are available.
While the Company values feedback, please do not submit unsolicited business proposals, creative concepts, or inventions. If, despite this request, users submit creative ideas, inventions, or suggestions, all such submissions shall become the sole property of the Company in their entirety. The Company shall own exclusively all rights to such submissions and shall be entitled to unrestricted use for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without compensation or acknowledgement to the submitting user. No submission shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of the Company.
All content available through the Services - including video recordings, audio content, live session recordings, written materials, course content, graphics, branding, logos, and the names and trademarks "Anand Way of Life," "Anand Studio," "Goddess Activation," and all variations thereof - are the sole and exclusive property of Anand Way of Life / Nikita Anand / Anand Studio or are used with the permission of their respective rights holders, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You may not sell, modify, reproduce, publicly display, distribute, transmit, broadcast, sublicense, or otherwise use any content from the Services in any way or for any purpose - commercial or otherwise - without the express prior written permission of the Company. Unauthorised use may constitute copyright or trademark infringement and may give rise to civil liability.
If the Services include or require downloadable software - such as an app or any Company-provided software - the Company grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that software solely in connection with your authorised use of the Services.
You may not modify, copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, resell, sublicense, distribute, translate, or create derivative works from the software. This licence is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies in your possession.
The Company may update or modify the software at any time. Your continued use following any update constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) as applied in Spain, and the Spanish Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales (LOPDGDD).

By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from the Company, including emails relating to your account, session reminders, booking confirmations, receipts, and service updates.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE SERVICES ARE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELETION, LOSS, OR CORRUPTION OF CONTENT OR DATA UPLOADED TO OR STORED ON THE SERVICES. ALL USERS ARE EXPECTED TO MAINTAIN THEIR OWN BACKUPS.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS ANY WARRANTY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE SPANISH OR EU CONSUMER LAW.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE SPANISH AND EU LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR ERRORS, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, DELAYS, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, BODILY INJURY, OR ANY OTHER TANGIBLE OR INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY UNDER WHICH THE CLAIM IS BROUGHT - WHETHER CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE - AND EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE COMPANY'S MAXIMUM TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anand Way of Life, Nikita Anand, Anand Studio and all associated officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses - including reasonable legal fees - arising out of or relating to: (i) your use of the Services; (ii) any content or communications you submit, post, or share on or through the Services; (iii) your breach of these Terms; (iv) your violation of any applicable law; or (v) your violation of any rights of a third party.
The Company reserves the right to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with the Company's defence of that matter.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with prior notice, if it determines - at its sole discretion - that you have violated these Terms, acted in a manner harmful to other users or to the Company, or for any reason it deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform and its community.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use of the Services. Upon termination, your right to access the platform and its content ceases immediately, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms creates or shall be construed as creating a joint venture, partnership, employer-employee, or principal-agent relationship between you and the Company.
The failure or delay of either party to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. A waiver is effective only if made in express writing.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under them to any third party. The Company may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity in the event of a business restructure or sale, provided your rights are not materially affected.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any programme-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating to the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain.
